A “published slot” refers to a published page, template, section or a variant A/B testing within our platform. It applies to all page types, including regular pages, products, collections, home pages, blog posts, and Shopify Sections.

Why am I still being charged after uninstalling Beae app?
If you’re still being charged after uninstalling the Beae app, it’s because Shopify manages the store’s payments. Shopify charges on a monthly basis according to the payment cycle. Even if you cancel the subscription during Shopify’s payment cycle, they will still charge you for that billing period. How can I get a refund for a yearly subscription?
Refunds for yearly subscriptions are calculated based on monthly billing cycles. The refund amount includes the full payment for the current billing cycle and any unused months. However, no refund will be provided for the months that have already been used.
How can I downgrade to lower plan?
To downgrade to a lower plan, unpublish your pages to fit within the limit slots of new plan. Afterward, you can switch to the desired plan without any trouble.
What happen with published pages when I uninstall app?
When you uninstall the Beae app, your published pages will remain unaffected. All your page data in the Beae app will be moved to the trash for 30 days before permanent deletion.
